From the deep snow of northern Finland comes Ghoul Convoy, escorting the listeners’ ears to take a voyage through atmospheric yet melancholic routes of metal music based on contrast of lightweight dark mysteries and crushing wall of tones of despair.
The first sparkles of summoning the convoy took place somewhere in around 2010, when Joni Lehto (Maple Cross, Ex-Sethery) started to try out the tunes what were to be the very first songs for the band he’ve been conjuring in his mind sometime already. After assembling the basic pieces for a few songs, Tommi Liukkonen (Ex-Sethery) was asked to join in and the convoy started to take its first steps. It was only after a couple of dark winters when Jukka Koivula and Niko Hyvönen (Beneath Under) came along in 2015 and Jussi Pietarila (Serotonin Syndrome) completed the lineup and the wagon was on its way on full motion.
